1. Usage of cheats, scripts, mass account creation, or tools that disrupt the game environment will result in a seven-day suspension upon verification, with repeated offenses leading to permanent account suspension.
2. Any disrespectful or disruptive behavior that affects the in-game order, causing discomfort or insult to other users, will result in a three-day mute upon verification. Severe cases may lead to account suspension and other necessary actions.
3. Spreading messages within the game regarding buying/selling game accounts, virtual currency, virtual items, serial numbers, or disseminating commercial advertisements or false information to hinder others' gameplay or gain unfair advantages, resulting in losses for other consumers or disrupting the game order, will lead to account suspension for seven days upon verification if not rectified after notification. Severe cases may result in account suspension and other necessary actions.
4. To prevent improper transactions leading to money laundering or malicious refunds, any significantly unequal trading behavior during the game that poses risks of harm to other consumers, upon verification of violations by game officials, may result in the account being flagged for warning, with severe cases leading to direct account retrieval.
5. If you receive a warning letter or have concerns about account suspension, please contact customer service to explain your situation.
