Kingdom Heroes - Empire now offers a more convenient Website Top-up service for players to use.

Official Website Top-Up Channel

Step 1: Search Your Game Account

Your game account begins with "149" followed by a 14-digit number. You can find your game ID by clicking on the top right corner of the game login page→View ID.

Alternatively, click on the icon next to your account to copy your account ID. 

You can also do this after entering the game by clicking on the icon at the top right corner to open the menu and selecting "User Center" to view your game account.

Click on the icon ext to your account to copy your account ID.

Step 2: Visit the Kingdom Heroes - Empire Official Website

Step 3: Choose Your Login Method 

- Log in with your game account:
Enter your game account (14-digit number) and verification code.

- Google Login:

The system will automatically fill in your game account. (Ensure your Google login account matches the top-up section account.)

Step 4: Please ensure your account, server, and character name for top-up are correct.

Step 5: Select Region and Top-Up Channel. 

Step 6: Choose Your Top-Up Amount and Proceed. 

Step 7: Click "Confirm" to finish the top-up process. After purchase, please close the game and log in again. Your item will be available within 5 minutes.
